Karen provides a “home from home service” at her beautiful villa home with Terry (partner !!) in the hills overlooking Coral Bay.

Terry and Karen have 7 wonderful dogs in their family; two from the UK when she moved to Cyprus and 5 “rescues”. So your dog family is always in the best of hands.

I was impressed by the huge bath and the grooming parlour. And the grooming service is quite reasonable.

Beware of Property Sharks

I came across a lovely firm of property advocates in Australia who protect buyers against property sharks.

I just wish that there was such a firm with this service in Cyprus. I acknowledge their copyright but if any lawyer in Cyprus wants to provide this service then I am sure that a franchise can be worked out.

The warnings they give to property hunters in Australia apply equally as well in Cyprus. But I have changed the values to reflect Cyprus Pounds.
