(1) Yellow Form from Immigration or Cyprus Identity Card
(2) Passport or Cyprus Identity Card
(3) If from UK – HM Revenue & Customs Form DT Individual which can be downloaded from:

(4) Form I.R.163A(2007) which can be downloaded by going to:

& then click on – Forms / Other forms & publications / Registration of Taxpayer with IRD & Amendment of Data / PDF Amendment of Taxpayer’s Data or Registration of New Tax Payer (individual)I.R.163A(2007)
(5) Proof of all pensions or P60 or monthly pay slip
(6) Tenancy agreement or house purchase contract
There is an easy to fill in questionnaire to complete. You will be told if you will have any tax to pay in the current tax year.
Stamp duty has to be paid, currently €80.
