Location and Facilities

Coralo Hills is an exclusive area overlooking Coral Bay (pictured below) and is close by to Potima (Banana) Bay where the new 1000 berth Paphos Marina will be constructed soon.

Property in this locality is very rarely available for holiday lets.

This villa is newly built and the immediate environment is semi rural adjoining a Cypriot working farm and extensive farmland.  For those who prefer to take their holiday away from the holiday estates and apartment complexes then this is just for you. The villa was custom designed in a local, Cypriot architectural style for living with the sun and to catch cooling breezes of the Mediterranean Sea. It is a family home which we are happy to share with guests.

The property has an optional Splasher Pool for the kids to play in and to enable guests to cool off if the temperatures soar.  Nevertheless the biggest and best swimming and water sports area in Cyprus is just 10 minutes drive away…………Coral Bay !! And the low weekly rental allows you to budget for the hire a good car locally. Enjoy. If you want to use a local pool with bar and food facilities for children or the infirm then we would recommend that you visit the Corallia Hotel in Coral Bay who welcome “day guests” without charge.  Our property managers live permanently very nearby and they will also invite you and your family for a swim.

Villa Vanellina, which takes it’s name from the ancient name for the locality, is extremely well equipped having free satellite tv from the UK and broadband access at a small extra charge if you want to hook up to the wireless network whilst you are away.  You are advised to bring a mobile phone because the area is still semi rural or you can use Skype if you opt for the additional cost of broadband access through your own laptop.

Apart from this web site the Villa is only advertised to our Royal Bank of Scotland colleagues at very competitive rates.

All of our Prices have been held from 2007 and are in Sterling and not Euros.  This is important to you because if you book from local sites quoting in Euros you will pay 20% more when you convert to pay in Sterling. This is because the value of Sterling has fallen in the last 12 months.

Everyone deserves good holidays in the sun on a reasonable basis !!

Staff from Royal Bank of Scotland Group receive 10% discount on the basic £550 per week on supply of personnel number and office address.

Optional Splasher pool for the children - cost of fill from water tanker - 75 euros paid locally 

RBS Staff Rates are as follows:

High Season £495 per week (April to October inc.,)

Low Season £395 per week

Bookings of 3 weeks or more will receive a special, additional reduction.

We have no defined “changeover days” so you can tailor dates to personal and flight needs but…..

Minimum booking period is 1 week

Part weekly bookings will be accepted however they will be charged as full weeks. For example a 5 day booking is charged as one week and a 10 day booking is charged as 2 weeks.

The principal hirer must be over 25 and all guests must have own holiday/travel/medical insurance.  Villa licenced for 5 beds with towels and linen but a double sofa bed can be used for up to 2 additional guests subject to a supplemental charge of  £60 each additional guest per week.  No single sex holiday parties are permitted.

A security/breakage cheque of £150.00 is required with your booking deposit. Any breakages will be charged in full to this deposit. Trusting there are no breakages, the deposit will be returned within 28 days of your return.

Non RBS Staff Rates are as follows:

High Season £550 per week (April to October inc.,)

Low Season £440 per week

Conditions same as for RBSG Staff.

Water and electricity supplies are often not as reliable as in Great Britain, interruptions of supply do occur. We cannot be held responsible for these supplies or any other lack of facility beyond our reasonable control.

Only persons named on the booking form shall be allowed to occupy the accommodation and in no circumstances can the  number of persons of 5 be exceeded without the permission of the owners.

You must not sub-let the accommodation, allow persons not listed on the booking form to stay overnight or allow pets or animals to stay in the villa.

Bookings

Please check the Availability Calendar first to see if your holiday dates are available.

If you wish to book then you must e-mail us as soon as possible using Contact advising us of the dates you wish to book providing us with a UK landline phone number so that we can take some further details from you.

We can then mark these dates as provisionally booked and confirm by e-mail that you have 5 calendar days grace to complete our booking form, which will be attached, and send it to us together with a cheque for 25% of all charges for your stay at the villa together with the usual security/damage deposit of £150.

A provisional booking will not constitute a firm reservation until we have received the completed booking form and both deposits within 5 days of the provisional booking being made and we have confirmed receipt to you in writing once the deposit and security cheque has fully cleared.

The 25% deposit is non returnable and you also remain fully liable for the remaining 75%, so we recommend that you take out your own holiday and travel insurance right away.

The remaining 75% must be paid in full together with any agreed extras and all payments fully cleared no later than 10 clear weeks before the date of first occupation of the villa.  We will also require to have a copy of your holiday and travel insurance policy covering all guests with the final payment. A late payment may mean that your booking is cancelled.

If you wish to make any payment by credit card please ask and we will provide you with details of our PayPal Account.  There will be an additional fee of 5% which must be added to the payment before it is sent.
